CPMC Corrections is a division of Coin Phone Management Company (CPMC). The Inmate Call Control Network (ICCN) is an inmate calling system that provides corrections officials and law enforcement personnel with the tools necessary to effectively manage inmate communications. The ICCN is a centralized web based system that requires no computer hardware at the facility. The web based interface is user friendly and can be easily accessed by authorized officials of the facility.

The network is monitored 24/7/365 at a secure monitoring station and protected with redundant backup systems to guarantee the safe keeping of call data. The call processing system is housed in a carrier grade facility on an advanced switching platform with multi-level security measures.

The inmate phones are connected to an Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) which is routed through a Modem. UPS backups are supplied to ensure the equipment is functioning properly.
Access to the Inmate Call Control Network is controlled through a singular gateway in conjunction with static IP addresses. This gateway is the only way a person can access this system. For added security, CPMC Corrections team has developed a complex system of firewalls, traps, and alarms that will notify the system if someone is trying to hack in to the Inmate Call Control Network. Also a dedicated member of CPMC Corrections team monitors the gateway on who is accessing the system.
Additionally, the system tracks each and every time a person logs into the system and records the information, so if there is something suspicious going on it can be detected very quickly.
One of the advantages of using CPMC Corrections centralized system is that all changes made to the system are universal. Whenever an update or new feature is added, all the existing customers will have access to the new features.
