*** Save money on making and receiving jail phone calls ***

ConnectNetwork is a money transfer service where you can set-up, manage, and deposit funds to your AdvancePay Prepaid Phone Account or to the Inmate’s PIN Debit (Phone) or Trust Fund Accounts. You can also access, pay for, and use other services like email, for the facilities where those services exist. ConnectNetwork serves inmate friends & family members at facilities whose phone and other services are provided by GTL (Global Tel Link), TouchPay Holdings LLC, GTL Financial Services, DSI-ITI, VAC, or PCS.

The following features are offered by ConnectNetwork:

  • Inmate access to prepaid phone accounts.
  • Add and manage several phone numbers to your account to allow inmates to call others
  • Send email to inmates
  • Add money to a commissary account.
  • Access 24 hours a day

ConnectNetwork offers convenient access to your account. You can view you recent transactions through their website. Simply enter your phone number and you can fund your account and start to receive phone calls from the correctional facility.

The website organizes serviced facilities by state. Simply select the state from the drop down menu to view all the facilities where Offender Connect is available. If the facility you are looking for is not listed, you can Request a Service by contacting a facility representative.

AdvancePay Prepaid Phone Account

Family and friends of inmates can use the ConnectNetwork.com website to manage their account. To set up a new AdvancePay Prepaid Phone account on ConnectNetwork.com, login to your ConnectNetwork account and either click on the Sign Up Now button on your Account Summary screen or click Phone Account from the left menu. Once your AdvancePay Account is setup, you may make a deposit by clicking the Make a Payment link on your Phone Setup Confirmation screen or your Account Summary Screen.

PIN Debit Account

The Inmate PIN Debit Account is used by the Inmate to pay for phone calls to friends and family members. Inmates may call any telephone number permitted by their facility using their PIN Debit Account. The Inmate may fund this account themselves from their commissary or trust account. In addition, some facilities permit Friends and Family members to deposit funds directly to an Inmates PIN Debit Account, thereby allowing the Inmate to control and budget their phone calls.

Inmate Trust Account

One can deposit funds to an Inmate Trust Account by selecting the Offender Trust Account from the left side panel in www.connectnetwork.com and follow the instructions given there.

Calls can only be made from the inmate to the Phone Number(s) you have setup on your account. You cannot call the inmate directly.

Email Service

You can send email to the inmate which will be sent to the facilities ConnectNetwork email account. The facility staff will then review your message and decide to approve or reject the email. However the inmate would not able to email you back. If the inmate wants to respond to an email message they will have to send a hand written letter through the mail. Pictures, videos, additional files, or any kind of attachment is not permitted in the email.

Rates vary by facility. You can contact Customer Service to request the rates for your Facility.
